A History Day contest turns months of research into a day of presentation, questions, feedback, and revision.
How it works
From research to competition
NHD students research a historical topic connected to the annual theme, create an original entry, and compete through local or affiliate contest structures. Each affiliate may advance up to two entries per contest division and category to the National Contest.

What the affiliate portal is used for
The NHD Korea portal is the local hub for participant, teacher, and judge registration; student digital project uploads; affiliate announcements; and judge evaluation work.
